Hurray, this bug seems to be solved by the latest update of Dolphin (dolphin 0.9.2-0ubuntu5)!
* Fix patch kubuntu_02_change_name_to_dolphin.patch to use Dolphin name not D3lphin and to accept URLs "... to accept URLs" was probably the fix.
