Same problem here. If I kill wpa_supplicant after resume then most of the times NetworkManager works again. Nothing in the logs about any errors can be found. (K)NetworkManager tries to connect, sometimes it connects but the connection is lost right after that again. Sometimes it isn't possbile to get any connection. The wireless networks available are shown in the list though.
