Why are there five network related items scattered around?
Create a new menu item labeled "Network and File Sharing" and stick this
under it.
Network menu items:
System - > Administration-> Network
System -> Administration-> Network Tools
System -> Administration-> Shared Folders
System -> Preferences -> Network Proxy
I think the network menuitem in Places should remain since it's a place
and not a config tool.
Do the same for Screen/Display features.
System -> Preferences -> Screen Resolution
System - > Administration-> Screens and graphics
Possibly:
System -> Preferences -> Screensaver.
Keyboard stuff:
System -> Preferences -> Keyboard
System -> Preferences -> Keyboard shortcuts

Importance: Undecided
