Thnx for the startup edit thing. My card is inboard ethernet on ASUS P5N32-E SLI plus. Its a 650i northbridge board, with a 590/570a southbridge. The LAN chips are off of the northbridge I think.
Now that I think about it, I used to have a weird bug when I was running Vista that would show up rarely. I just had to disable/enable it and it would work.
