- Add Homepage field
- Update Build-Depends to debhelper >= 5
- Update Maintainer field to match the DebianMaintainerField specification
* debian/copyright:
- Replace old upstream homepage with the new one
* debian/rules:
- Add dh_install debian/nxtvepg.xpm /usr/share/pixmaps
- Replace install with dh_install

I've added dh_install debian/nxtvepg.xpm /usr/share/pixmaps to debian/rules. I
think it's ready now.
