Does this happen on all similarly burned dvds?
Is see from the extra information provided in your bug report that you
are using totem-xine. Have you tried the same dvd with the standard
backend for Totem, totem-gstreamer? (You need to uninstall totem-xine
and install totem-gstreamer)

off before
