Looking at Xorg.0.log I can see that the synaptics module is loaded.
(--) Synaptics Touchpad auto-dev sets device to /dev/input/event7
(**) Option "Device" "/dev/input/event7"
(--) Synaptics Touchpad touchpad found
But it doesn't work.
If the screen is shuted off for powersave and I touch the touchpad the
screen shuts on. But the cursor doesn't work with the touchpad.
