I am having a similar problem with a Dell D620. My Dell wireless b/g card installs with the restricted broadcom 43xx driver and works for several minutes to a few hours. It then loses network connections and is unable to rejoin. This problem is fixed by restarting the computer. It occurs every single time I log into the machine on multiple networks.
