Thanks for your bug report. This has been fixed in Edgy. The list of
services is much more extensive, but still does not every service or
init script - this was a conscious decision.

[services-admin]"Services" application in Ubuntu 6.0.6 LTS only shows currently
active services and doesn't provide any mechanism to modify settings.
