I am going to close this report for the time being. When we re-release
KPhotoAlbum for KDE 4 this will be taken care of. The issue was due to
KDE accidentally tagging this file for release and we uploaded an
incomplete application. I apologize for this and hopefully soon we will
have a brand new KPhotoAlbum. Thanks!
