Ok. I 've been wrong. I recompiled a kernel with ondemand as default
governor and it shows the same bug on wakeup. Nevertheless, I think
ondemand should be the default governor.
I don't think the apps\gnome-power-manager\cpufreq interface is the
right here. It actually influences behavior only on un/pluging the power
connector.
