Public bug reported:
In Gutsy, C-S-u <code-point><Space/Enter> used to enable one to type
symbols which exist in Unicode, but not on the keyboard (for example,
the ΒΆ symbol or pi). Now, if I want to enter these symbols, I have to
copy-paste from another source, such as fileformat.info's Unicode pages.
Pressing C-S-u and then a code point now results in "2026" (e.g., just
the numbers) showing up on the display, without the conversion to the
character specified by the code point. This is on a fully updated Hardy
box.
