Adding ubiquity in packages since the values in /etc/usplash.conf are
probably installed by ubiquity. Actual displayconfig-gtk does not
display anything in Hardy (bug 17341) so it may be related. I think that
we should not mix up this bug with bug #150930 because this one does not
cause black boot screen and seems to be caused by the absence of any
resolution detection. IMO, it's a different issue that needs to get some
attention before hardy get stable.
