Public bug reported:
could be similar to bug 125209 which was fixed in gutsy, but happens
even with all extensions disabled. (now seeing this in hardy)
at startup, epiphany warns:
(epiphany-browser:3942): GLib-GObject-WARNING **: value "((GaProtocol) 2)" of
type `GaProtocol' is invalid or out of range for property `flags' of type
`GaProtocol'
(epiphany-browser:3942): GLib-GObject-WARNING **: value "((GaProtocol)

and then, after closing all windows/tabs, the process is still running
