Public bug reported:

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The only remaining change was: * Remove redundant Architecture: line from
libast2-dev in debian/control.
Though new Debian revision doesn't introduced a lot of new things, I think it's
worth it because the missing build depency for X11/Intrinsic.h caused problems
with other programms that depend on libast.

Changelog since current hardy version 0.7-1ubuntu1:

 libast (0.7-2) unstable; urgency=low

   * added missing build dependency for X11/Intrinsic.h, reported by
     Hramrach. Thanks. closes: #437276
   * fixed FTBS, duplicate Architecture line in debian/control, reported
by Lucas Nussbaum. Thanks. closes: #464305
