Binary package hint: gnome-panel
Preferences -> Locations -> Add -> Find and choosing Portland, Oregon
gives the wrong timezone suggestion. It suggests America/Vancouver
instead of America/Los_Angeles; this is wrong because Portland is in the
US and Vancouver is in Canada, so to the extent that any differences
exist between the Los Angeles and Vancouver DST rules either
historically or in the future, Portland should follow the rules that
apply in the US.
