Using Ubuntu 7.10, Transmission 0.72.dsfg-1
What happens:
- Setting download limit in transmission's preferences window to 0, stop
uploading.
What I expected:
- Setting download limit to 0, uploading still goes on.
In the other case, the things go fine: Setting upload limit to 0 doesn't
stop downloading.
