Binary package hint: update-manager

I expected Ubuntu (feisty fawn) to Upgrade uneventfully to version
7.10.However ,in the first attempt,the system froze after a few minutes
of downloading.After a restart,the whole thing went on smoothly and
download was complete but it failed during installation.
