I'm marking this "Fix Released", since it works in Hardy for me and therefor is 
likely to be fixed.
I've just installed xenman and obviously do not use it myself, so please 
re-open in case I've missed anything.

$ LANG=C sudo xenman
ls: cannot access /usr/lib/xen-*: No such file or directory
Valid, writable configuration found, using /etc/xenman.conf

   Importance: Undecided => Medium
       Status: New => Fix Released
