exists in the current Hardy latest. To answer your question, yes. I need
this for apps that currently do not support pulseaudio. Here's my
asoundrc:
pcm.pulse {type pulse }
ctl.pulse { type pulse }
pcm.!default { type pulse }
ctl.!default { type pulse }
