Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: tzdata

DISTRIB_ID=Ubuntu
DISTRIB_RELEASE=8.04
DISTRIB_CODENAME=hardy
DISTRIB_DESCRIPTION="Ubuntu hardy (development branch)"

In Clock 2.21.92 (gnome), the assumed timezone for Canada -> Alberta ->
High Level is, America/Dawson_Creek. This is incorrect -- Dawson Creek
does not observe DST while High Level does. I suggest America/Edmonton
instead.

See http://www.timetemperature.com/tzca/canada_time_zone.shtml for a
timezone map of Canada. All locations in Alberta observe DST, while
some mountain areas in BC do not. Therefore no Alberta city should use
a BC city for the default timezone.

cheers :).
