First I'm wondering why Ubuntu has libsynce and not libsynce0. Nvm.
If you grant this FFE I can request a sync for librapi2-dev and then I can
request a sync for librra-dev. !!! Debian renamed librra0-dev to librra-dev !!!
And then I can finally do the merges I want to do (synce-kde)
