Public bug reported:
( Reported from http://brainstorm.ubuntu.com/idea/4057/ )
** Setup:
Ubuntu 7.10, vanilla.
A CD-Rom burnt in Windows (Joliet), with directories containing accented
characters (é à...)
** Symptom:
Nautilus cannot copy file from these directories from the CD. In fact, no
single program can copy these files, not event cp.
It looks like the filesystem is not mounted by default with the proper
charset/encoding option.
(Please check the report on brainstorm for further information.)
