Hi Guys,
Michael, care to open a new bug report against the 'linux' package? The
symptom of this particular bug, failure to Suspend or Hibernate, is
specific to the hardware used. So while many of you may have the same
symptom they really should be different bugs. We can easily mark bugs as
duplicates later on if necessary. The bug report should contain the
information requested at http://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelTeamBugPolicies .
Also it would be helpful if you could caputure the dmesg output after a
suspend/resume cycle as outline here:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingKernelSuspend . Additionally, it would
be great if you made the title of the new bug report contain information
about your system. I apologize for any inconvenience this might cause
but appreciate your cooperation.
Sebastian, we still need additional information from you as well.
Please test against the latest kernel release (2.6.24-12 as of this
posting) and attach the following if the issue is still present:
* dmesg > dmesg.log
* sudo lspci -vvnn > lspci-vvnn.log
Thanks.
