Thanks for responding.

Later, I found out that this bug is related to the "SCIM".   If I didn't run
"SCIM", it wouldn't have happened.  So, in Feisty that I am using, I would
turn off SCIM to avoid this problem.

I am not sure whether the bug fix you mentioned is something directly or
indirectly related to SCIM.  If not, I will be very curious about why it is
not.
