apt-listchanges displays the changes even if I have frontend=mail with
the latest version, 2.59-0.3ubuntu3, in Edgy and with the following
configuration:
[apt]
frontend=mail
email_address=root
confirm=0
save_seen=/var/lib/apt/listchanges.db
which=both
[cmdline]
frontend=mail
email_address=root
confirm=0
save_seen=/var/lib/apt/listchanges.db
which=both
