/etc/init.d/kexec:
    test "x`cat /sys/kernel/kexec_loaded`y" == "x1y" || exit 0

/etc/init.d/kexec-load:
    test "x`cat /sys/kernel/kexec_loaded`y" == "x1y" && exit 0

The ==s should be replaced with =.
