Binary package hint: emerald
I open a terminal, Firefox3, Nautilus and started to stress video display
switching from one application to the other using ctrl+tab.
After several tests emerald looses borders decoration on top window.
I could get back the top window border after refreshing / reloading the window
manager through the fusion-icon applet menu.
