@Christian Aravena Romero For 2.6.25(-rc) another (newer) firmware revision is required than for 2.6.24. Because hardy is not shipping 2.6.25-rc, this is not the right place to complain about that.
To set up 2.6.24 properly, you'll need to get rid of the newer firmware files and as root manually run /usr/share/b43-fwcutter/install_bcm43xx_firmware.sh.
