Binary package hint: epiphany-browser
When accessing the about:config menu you are unable to change any
numeric vaules. Doulbe click the value when the configuration window
opens where you can add a value the window locks up and does not change
the value. You are able to manually to change it in
/home/.gnome2/epiphany/mozilla/epiphany/prefs.js.
