Your file uses the mp4a audio codec. mp4a can't be distributed for free in
Ubuntu, see:

Please let the content provider know about this problem, and encourage
them to encode in formats that don' t have such problems, or to provide
Ogg Theora + Ogg Vorbis encoded content additional to their current
content.
