Please sync gnustep-gui 0.11.0-2 from Debian unstable (main).

The Ubuntu package has no changes.

The package builds clean in an edgy chroot.

 gnustep-gui (0.10.3-1) experimental; urgency=low

   * New upstream release.
     - Files can now be dropped on "Open Files" dialogs (closes: #310719)
   * Fix dependencies.
   * Drop SONAME from -dev package -- OpenStep API should be fairly stable.
   * Fix -dbg package to behave like other -dbg packages and put the
     libraries in /usr/lib/debug.
   * Get rid of circular dependency. (see: #359158)
     - Split off -runtime package from -common.
     - -common now only contains data files and is now Arch: all.
     - Add -runtime to shlibs file.
   * Bump standards version to 3.7.2 (no changes).
   * Move gui.make to -dev package since it's only needed for development.
   * Add license headers to copyright files.
