Problem found. The kde-guidance-powermanager asks HAL to suspend-to-ram
and wake-up after 15 seconds... so either we will wake-up or we will
never suspend (if wake-up after a certain period isn't supported).

I've attached a debiff with the fix.

The reason the debdiff looks so huge is that the previous upload in
error had a changelog.dch and changelog.dch.save backup files included,
so I deleted those.
