Binary package hint: apt-listbugs
Here's how to replicate this bug:
upgrade a package with apt that has some bugs: apt-listbugs will list
them with one-line summaries.
At the prompt, enter the number of a bug. This is supposed to bring up
more information on that bug. Instead, you get a bunch of error messages
and then the program becomes unresponsive.
