Amarok keeps track of your files with AFT
(http://amarok.kde.org/wiki/Amarok_File_Tracking).
So your ratings should not get lost. If they do it is a bug in AFT. Please
refer to the upstream bugtrackwer for this (bugs.kde.org).
You can disable AFT if needed.
