This issue should actually be fixed in Kubuntu Hardy 8.04
First of all please try to upgrade you packages - especially Amarok (latest
version is available in the gutsy-backport repositories). If this doesn't fix
the issue, please execute /usr/lib/amarok/install-mp3 manually on a terminal
and paste the output in this report.
