Binary package hint: totem
I was trying to play an .avi (x264) with 5.1 audio. Totem is configured to use
stereo speakers, which would be right given it's a laptop. However I hear only
part of the sound, I guess the front 2 speakers only. I've seen this problem
with an oldschool xvid aswell, so I don't think the x264 codec is the problem.
Oh, and mplayer played the same file nicely in stereo, downsampled it perfectly
to fit on this card.
Need any other info?
