Binary package hint: libqt4-dev-kdecopy
The library libQtAssistantClient.so.1 appears to be missing from this
package, with the result Qt4 Designer and Linguist won't start. There is
a broken symlink to the library at /usr/lib/libQtAssistantClient.so
