I'm not using reiserfs anymore so I can't comment. But for testing it should be enough to do a stat -c "%o" file_on_reiserfs.
Is it a bug ? No, but It could be a problem for embedded platform that would use reiserfs&glibc, there is certainly more important problems with glibc for embedded use :-) I don't remember if the buffer is freed after closedir, if it is not and cached for reuse, it could also potentially free a lot of memory in every process when on reiserfs. -- reiserfs reports huge I/O block size? https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/34067 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is a direct subscriber. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
