In particular, the Tibetan community is interested in the TCRC input method which was added in 1.5. This is the IM that is familiar to the largest number of Tibetans around the world and is essentially the only IM in use in the India where the largest population of computer-using Tibetans reside. Changes within the m17n library make backporting this module to an earlier version of libm17n impossible.
