Please sync gdesklets-data 0.35.6-2 from debian (unstable)
The ubuntu delta is no longer relevant as debian has implemented them.

* Wrap build-deps and deps.
* Cleanups.
* Cleanup changelog and drop obsolete NEWS.Debian.
* Move build to binary-indep instead of binary-arch and pass -i to dh_*.
* Bump up python-support build-dep to >= 0.5.3.
* New patches from the Ubuntu package:
- 01_Sensor_Psi_seti: Removal of the .pyo files in the base64 encoded
binary of psi-seti/Install_Seti_Sensor.bin
- 01_Sensor_Imonc: Removal of a swap file in the base64 encoded binary
Imonc-0.2.2/Install_Imonc_Sensor.bin that causes a warning in lintian
- 01_Sensor_ExternalIP: Removal of a swap file in the base64 encoded
binary ExternIP/Install_ExternIP_Sensor.bin that causes a warning in
lintian
* Downgrade gdesklets to a Recommends.
* Bump up Standards Version to 3.7.3.
