Everything was Ok. before the last update... After the update gxine can't find the .srt file (subtitles), you can check the error in "View -> Engine Log ...". I also discovered that the error happens only if the name of the .srt or .avi (full directory name included) contains a non AlphaNumeric character (in my case, it was a " " ... space character in the directory name).
