The problem is this:
elif property == 'subject_prefix':

mlist.subject_prefix = Utils.canonstr(
elif property == 'info':
if val <> mlist.info:
in /usr/lib/mailman/Mailman/Gui/General.py
The line beginning "mlist" is completely wrong.
A patch gone wrong?
