cernlib ftbfs since it requires gfortran >= 4:4.3 (provided by gcc-defaults 1.63) while we only have 4:4.2.3-1ubuntu3 in Ubuntu (provided by gcc-defaults 1.62). Since syncing the new gcc-defaults from unstable I believe is out of the question I have changed build-depends to gfortran >= 4:4.2.3. The build seems to be sane (build log attached, I'd appreciate it if someone else wants to check it). Any better solution?
