No that is probably not the problem.
When Amarok crashes it opens Kmail with a mail containing useful information to 
fix the crash. If you want you can then send this to the developers.
So it crashed before this and not because of Kmail.


There is no version 3.5.8 of Amarok. This is the KDE version. Please check in 
the about dialog.
