Public bug reported:
Whenever I try and playback a file I load into Audacity on Hardy it
gives me an error that there is no output device attached or the sample
rate is wrong. When I went into preferences I found that there weren't
any options for an output device and that the sample rate was correct,
this issue maybe because of Pulse Audio.
