Cody - I think you misunderstood the bug.
Translation templates exist for xubuntu-docs -
https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/hardy/+source/xubuntu-docs -
and translators are working on them. The bug is that the translations
haven't been imported into xubuntu-docs yet. I think that's valid -
amending status accordingly.
