It was set like this as a reminder to myself to get it done before edgy.
Unfortunately I didn't managed :/
I will remove the target and set it to medium (might even be wishlist)
because we have a "inconsitent" toggle setting in the list now. This
means that a not fully installed language support is visible and can be
easily fixed by clicking onto it.
