* Sync from Debian unstable.
- Now builds with gfortran. (LP: #201962)
* Drop spooles support, as we don't have it in Hardy.
* Don't attempt to use -Wno-long-double, as that makes some of configure
FTBFS for no particularly good reason. (LP: #199256)
* Mangle Maintainer field.

* Rebuild against, and depend on, new suitesparse with proper shared
