Pre-filling out the description box is currently not possible with
Launchpad, but this feature could be added. It gets worse, though, when
there are data fields with multiple lines, log files, etc., which
normally become attachments. Pasting them all into the description would
be bad.
So for this we would need to display the collected information locally
before submitting it.
